Hot Eats/Cool Seats
Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina
After the game, there’s nothing better than going out with friends and family to celebrate a win, relive the big play, or commiserate with other fans when the game doesn’t go your way.
A traditional post-game staple is the classic American cheeseburger. To properly review what local restaurants have to offer, I sampled six cheeseburgers over the course of the last month.

Bleacher Banter
Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina
Good things are happening in the Cap 7 conference in Raleigh. Really good things. As of September 18th the Cap 7 was a combined 24-4. That outstanding record is anchored by three unbeaten teams through four weeks. Leesville Road, Millbrook and Enloe were all 4-0 after four games. The other four teams in the Cap 7 started their seasons 3-1.

Yoga: Helping Teens Stay Balanced
Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina
Sun salutations and warrior poses may be the last things today’s teens would ever consider as part of their active lifestyles. It’s because of these very circumstances, however, that yoga can be so beneficial—even for the most time-crunched... More

I’m a sports guy plain and simple. Chances are, you are too. For people like us who get serious kicks from competition, there’s nothing better than sitting in the stands watching a game. We enjoy getting up close and personal with great competition. The sport itself doesn't really matter; it’s just fun to watch athletes make that amazing catch, hit the three at the buzzer for the win, or dive... More
