HSSTM begins VYPE rebranding

Indianapolis, Indiana June 17, 2008 –VYPE High School Sports Magazine, formerly High School Sports - The Magazine, today unveiled an updated brand designed to better capture the passion and excitement of local high school sports.

The new name and design has already begun it’s unveiling through the Web site, VYPE.com, and will follow in the print magazine as the new school year gets started. As a combination of the words ‘varsity’ and ‘hype’, VYPE focuses on the life and lifestyle of today’s high school athlete with positive, relevant coverage about sports, trends, teams and players.

“We’re really excited to be updating our brand to VYPE High School Sports Magazine and keeping the same editorial focus and local coverage as our readers have come to expect,” said Phil Temple, CEO and Publisher of VYPE High School Sports Magazine. “As VYPE High School Sports Magazine, we will continue to serve the collective interest of Central Indiana’s high school sports community, bridging economic and racial divide by creating family-friendly, high-impact coverage that tackles issues directly relevant to today’s youth.”
