CBS 11/TXA 21 Partner with VYPE High School Sports Magazine
CBS 11 and TXA 21 have entered into a marketing and content partnership with VYPE High School Sports Magazine. The agreement allows the partners to cross-promote and share editorial content on-air and in print.
"High school sports news is an important facet of our coverage at CBS 11 and TXA 21," said President and General Manager Steve Mauldin. "We're fortunate to partner with the folks at VYPE, who specialize in everything high school -- not just football, but all high school sports, plus band and cheerleading too!"
JD Sanders, FTG Media's Publisher of VYPE High School Sports Magazine said, "CBS 11 and TXA 21 have a long history of strong community support, not to mention being one of the top media organizations in the region. Their sports coverage is unparalleled in our area. This partnership will greatly expand VYPE's visibility and further our mission to celebrate student athletes and their accomplishments. The timing couldn't be better as we launched our Greater Dallas Magazine today."
Editors from VYPE will make guest appearances on CBS 11 and/or TXA 21 discussing the latest in high school sports news. TXA 21's Thursday night live broadcasts of High School football games may include guest color commentary from VYPE's editors as well.
