Bomber Magic

The Midwest City boy's and girl's basketball programs have gotten off to strong starts early in the season. Both teams won the Athletes First Basketball Classic "Battle at the Big House" played on Dec. 20-21 at State Fair Arena. It was not a surprise that the Bombers' girls won the tournament and have started off strong. They are one of the best teams in Class 6A and a favorite to capture the gold ball in March. The boy's team is a bit of a surprise with a new coach. But with their tradition and success at developing talent, the Bombers should again be a team to watch for come March.
