State Twirling Championships Saturday

The State Twirling Championships are this weekend at the Owasso YMCA. Competition starts at 9am. Twirlers from all over the state will compete for a state title and the right to represent Oklahoma at Nationals this July in Florida. All-ages are welcomed. Shawna Hart is hosting the event and it's the first time in several years the state championships are being hosted in Eastern Oklahoma. Contact the Owasso YMCA for more information. As many as 35 twirlers are expected to compete. In accordance with the NBTA International rules, no flash photography is allowed.
