Last set of football scrimmages

The last tuneup for high school football teams are this week as the second set of scrimmages take place Thursday and Friday night. It will be the last tuneup before the regular season begins on Sept. 4 and 5. Teams will get to face opponents and coaches will get to evaluate their players in live action one more time before it counts on their records. The scrimmages might not count on the records, but they do for the players, who will look to impress their coaches one more time before the regular season begins. The first set of scrimmages took place a couple of days ago and now one more set of scrimmages will take place this week.
