High school notebook: Harrah wrestling event a success

Harrah wrestling coach Bryan Miller doesn’t need the final totals to say the Harrah wrestling fund-raiser Saturday night was a success.

The Harrah Fight Night featured 13 mixed martial arts bouts with some familiar faces competing, including Harrah’s own Levi Queen and Tony Quintero, to support the wrestling program.

After the floor seats sold out, Miller began selling bleacher seats for $15, and most of those were full during the event as well.

Queen and Quintero both scored first-round knockouts while former Shawnee star Gary Frazier also earned a TKO in the first round.Read more on NewsOK.com
