Everyone has seen it, in all the pirate movies there is a rowboat that people use to escape from the burning ship. This phenomenon has transformed into a sport with ever-increasing popularity: crew. Sam Berntson, a junior at Edison High School, has been involved in this sport for the past three years and his enthusiasm is hardly sinking. "I love being on the water, after a long day at school it is great to come to practice and relax," Berntson said.
