JV Basketball Team Cornerstone Christian
The JV basketball team at Cornerstone Christian in Shelbyville won the JV division of the KCAA (Kentucky Christian Athletic Association) state basketball tournament for the third consecutive year in February. Freshman twins Preston and Justin (shooting, right) Wuich, and sophomores Charlie Freed, and Chris Kirtley were on all three of the state-winning teams. Joshua Karsner was named tournament MVP. Other members of the team included Jake Shelton, Phillip Harshfield, Christian Robinson and Ben Risinger.
