Atherton’s Edwin Alvarez leaps over the ball in front of Trinity’s Sean Bell in the 7th Region soccer championship on October 23rd. At the end of regulation and one overtime, the game at Whitefield Academy was called for darkness with a 3-3 tie. When the game resumed two days later, Atherton’s Andrew Farrell got the goal in a sudden death third overtime for a 4-3 Rebel win.
