RULES AND REGULATIONS

TERMS:

To participate, users may use Vype's Invite feature to invite friends to join vype.com's social network. The user will receive 10 points for each invitation which yeilds a new, verified signup. A verified signup is complete when someone who has been invited through Vype's Invite feature, creates a new account on Vype's social network, completes the email verification process, and logs in. Contest shall be in effect for the time-period of May 1, 2008 12:00:00 AM CST though May 31, 2008 11:59:59 PM CST. In the case of a tie, the winner will be determined by a drawing. VYPE employees and their families are ineligible for this prize.

ELIGIBILITY

These contests are usually open to residents of all countries, of all ages; however, some contests may have specific restrictions with regards to eligibility, such as geographic location, age, etc. See the original contest page for those details. Employees of High School Sports The Magazine and anyone involved with the production of this contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of High School Sports The Magazine are final in all instances. Prizes are non-transferable. If High School Sports The Magazine is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decision of High School Sports The Magazine. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

GENERAL

The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest. By entering, winner releases High School Sports The Magazine and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name (may include city & state) in the announcement of the winners on the High School Sports The Magazine site, Newsletter, Publisher and/or Developer site, use of their name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. The Prize Publisher, Developer and/or Distributor are not responsible for this contest and have no affiliation with High School Sports The Magazine. All matters with prizes related to the Prizes are the responsibility of High School Sports The Magazine. High School Sports The Magazine assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. High School Sports The Magazine and/or its Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of High School Sports The Magazine and/or its Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion. High School Sports The Magazine reserves the right to revise procedures mentioned in these rules at any time.
