South Oldham beats Ballard 3-2 in four OTs in boys' Eighth Region soccer final

South Oldham found out how hard it is to beat a team three times in one season, but thanks to Will Vitalis the Dragons nipped host Ballard 3-2 in the Eighth Region Soccer Tournament final Wednesday night.
