PRP pitcher and third baseman Zack Cox was one of 30 players named to the EA Sports All-American baseball team.

Cox was named Kentucky's Mr. Baseball after taking the Panthers to a 38-4 record and state championship. He batted .457 on the road to state with seven home runs and 46 RBIs. As for pitching, Cox was 10-0 on the mound with a 0.97 ERA. The numbers spoke for themselves as Cox took the Mr. Baseball title and now the EA Sports nomination.

Cox signed with Arkansas to play college baseball. However, the Los Angeles Dodgers drafted Cox in the 20th round. He has until Aug. 15 to sign with the Dodgers.

Good luck Zack!
