Many Lacrosse players given high honors

All-Americans and other top awards given
Many Louisville athletes have been named All-Americans by US Lacrosse.
St. X's Chase Carraro and Manual's Brian Gordon were given this distinction. Kentucky's Coach of the Year was awarded to Trinity's Pete Schroeder, and the KY Assistant Coach of the Year is St. X's Scott Howe.
In regrad's to the girl's, Manual's Kaitlin Shumate and Mercy's Mary Alice Pierce were named first-team All-Americans. KCD's Ellen Esterhay and Manual's Kasey Uhlenhuth earned honorable mentions.
