VYPE - The last time we spoke you were a freshman and you told me your goal was to be a four-time state champion. You're close to making that happen this year, talk about the journey to get to this point. Bailey - "It's a new year every year and you have to start over. Set your goals one match at a time for that year and try to be there in the end. Once you get your first and second then you start looking for three and four. We're well into the season now so I'm just focused on doing what it takes to get this last one." VYPE - What's the story behind the Geary Tournament because it seems you're snake bit. Both of your regular season loses have come during that tournament. Bailey - "It's at a point in the season when we're killing ourselves in practice and working our bodies really hard trying to prepare for state. It might be where it's at in the season and it might be that I wrestled two tough kids there." VYPE - Tell me about committing to Oklahoma State to wrestling for coach Smith. Bailey - "Really excited about wrestling for OSU, definitely. VYPE - What's the hardest part about winning four state titles, other than the fact that it's four state titles? Bailey - "Being ready every year. Being healthy and staying away from injury. Being completely prepared every year. Peaking at the right time, that's hard to do." VYPE - You went to Delaware and wrestled in the Beast of the East tournament where you were named Outstanding Wrestler, what was that like? Bailey - "It was pretty surprising to me, I didn't think I was going to get the outstanding wrestler. I expected to win, we trained for it and it was the only thing on my mind and the award really made all of the training worth it."
