Lynn's Decision

Jenks senior defensive back Gabe Lynn announced today his verbal commitment to play for the University of Oklahoma. Lynn chose the Sooners over North Carolina and Oklahoma State but held offers from multiple other schools throughout the nation. Lynn is considered by many to be the best prospect in the state in Oklahoma and will join other area players Gus Jones of Wagoner and Ronnell Lewis of Dewar on the Sooners 2009 commitment list. His statline isn't all that impressive due to opponents not even looking to his side of the field because of his great talent and ability. He finished with 43 tackles in his senior season. National Signing Day is February 4, 2009 when all high school football seniors can make a binding commitment with the school of their choice.
