Reports: Burkhead Commits to Nebraska

Plano running back and 2007 VYPE All-Collin County Most Valuable Player Rex Burkhead reportedly has committed to play college football at Nebraska. Several sources have reported that Burkhead was leaning toward the Huskers after recruiters promised to give him a chance at running back. Burkhead rushed for 1,762 yards and 28 touchdowns, while adding another seven TDs via receiving and kick returns.
