Coaches' Polls: Charleston Among 7 Unbeaten

Friday, November 21, 2008

The votes are in for the Week 11 Vype Magazine Coaches' Poll in Arkansas. This is the only coaches' poll in Arkansas, and coaches are selected all across the state in each classification to vote for the top 10 teams each week, in each class. Coaches are the ones who know the most, so we thought, why not ask the experts. You can go online at www.vype.com and click on either Western Arkansas or Central Arkansas to view the complete poll after it is released on Tuesday each week. Please note: the only votes counted are those of head high school coaches in Arkansas. Poll Notes: - Polls change little with many teams on first-round byes. - Only seven unbeaten teams (West Memphis, Helena-West Helena, Nashville, Fountain Lake, Charleston, Junction City and Des Arc) remain.
