#25 Camden County (Kingsland, Georgia) - vs. Savannah Jenkins. Last week the Wildcats were an offensive monster, rolling up 78 points on Atom Smashers of Johnson. This team isn't just putting up numbers against lowly competition, they lit up national power Hoover, Alabama back in week three at a tune of 44-16. Offensively they are averaging nearly 48 points per game and allowing only 10 points per game. The Jenkins Warriors are really struggling this year at 1-6, and shouldn't have a chance in this game. They are averaging 14 points per game and allowing 31. Camden County should make this ugly and quickly. The bottom line...Camden County by 38. #24 Allen (Allen, Texas) - vs. Dallas Jesuit. After the Eagles downed Plano last week, 56-23, they are looking forward to Jesuit. The defense is what was impressive last week against Plano. They picked off three of Carson Meger's passes when he hadn't thrown one all year. Jesuit has clawed their way to a 2-5 record with wins over Bishop Lynch and Plano East. Jesuit is averaging 24 points per game and allowing 38. This doesn't bode well for them as Allen is scoring 35 points per game and allowing only 13. The only loss for the Eagles was a 10 point loss to the VYPE #1 team, Trinity Euless. The bottom line...Allen by 14. #23 St. Ignatius (Cleveland, Ohio) - vs. St. Edward. After losing the first game of the season to the VYPE #11 team, Glenville, these Wildcats have been dominant. Last week was a little different story as they had to fight in an overtime win, 19-16, against St. Xavier. In the rest of their games they have outscored their opponents 324-78. St. Edward enters this game at 6-3 on the season and coming off a loss to Archbishop Moeller, 33-29. The Eagles are averaging 30 points on offense, but they haven't faced a defense like they will match up with this week. They are stingy in their own right though, only allowing 19 points per game. This could be a knock- down, drag-out fight. The bottom line...St. Ignatius by 10. #22 Lake Travis (Austin, Texas) - Idle. Another offensive juggernaut in our Top 25, the Cavaliers are scoring a whopping 46 points per game. Defensively they are on a two game shutout streak. They haven't allowed a point since the game versus Hutto back in week six. They have outscored their last four opponents 219-29 . The Cavs have a bye week this week before battling with Dripping Springs, who is also undefeated, next week on October 30th. The bottom line...take a break, this is the only easy week in Texas high school football. #21 Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.) - vs. Ridgewood. After their season opening loss to St. Xavier of Cincinnati, the Ironmen have fought back with four straight wins, one of those over De La Salle, 23-21. Ridgewood isn't a team that Don Bosco can just sleep through. The Maroons are sitting at 4-1, however they are coming off a loss to Montclair last week. On defense, Bosco is a little more stout and have played much better competition. Take away the two national games against powerhouses, and the Ironmen have only allowed three points total against the local competition. This Ridgewood team is good, but it isn't in the ranks of a De La Salle. The bottom line...Don Bosco by 24.
