Huskies extend conference run to nine

The Hamilton Heights Lady Huskies defeated the Northwestern Lady Tigers, 5-2, earlier this month to claim its ninth consecutive Mid-Indiana Conference championship. The team is coached by Brittney Hensley. The Huskies open the postseason against Sheridan on Tuesday night in the Westfield Sectional 15 Tournament.
