Week Five Area Scoreboard

Central Kansas, KS

Monday, October 6, 2008

Week five of high school football action was relatively quiet with few big upsets. The biggest headlines of the week included a few blow-outs that were supposed to be close games. Bishop Carroll jumped out to a 42-6 halftime lead en route to a 49-19 victory over Wichita East. Andale put up in a 33-7 victory over Rose Hill. The Indians seem to be finding their footing after a slow start this year. Valley Center dominated Campus 54-13 on Friday after losing four consecutive games up to that point.
