Jersey Village High School volleyballer Allyson Judkins has been dominating the net since her sophomore season. Her hard work and stellar play has earned her several Division I scholarships, and the 5-foot-11, middle-blocker has pledged to an SEC school last week.
“I’ve committed to LSU,” she said. “I took an unofficial visit there in the spring and really liked the coaches and the players. I also liked seeing how their academic center works and how dedicated they are to seeing you earn a diploma.”
The two-time, all-district selection is an explosive talent who has also dominated on the select circuit for the Texas Elite. She has offers from LSU, Clemson, Houston and Texas State before selecting the Tigers.
“It really came down to LSU and Clemson and LSU had the friendliest people there,” she said. “
