BREBEUF CHEER TEAMS SPELL S-U-CC-E-SS AT CHEER CAMP
Varsity and Junior Varsity cheer teams win awards at UCA Summer Camp

The Brebeuf Varsity and Junior Varsity cheer teams attended the Universal Cheerleaders Association summer camp held July 18 - July 21, 2009 at Anderson University. The camp included over 300 cheerleaders from 12 different schools.

The Varsity Competition Cheer team won first place in the Home Dance Competition. The Varsity Football Cheerleaders placed 2nd in the Extreme Dance category.

The Junior Varsity Cheerleaders placed first in JV Cheer, second in JV Extreme Dance, and was awarded the Most Improved JV Cheer Team.

The combined cheer teams were awarded the Leadership Award which is voted on by all the cheer teams in attendance at camp.

Brebeuf Varsity Cheerleaders Allie Bowes, Kasey Chandler, and Sloane Masden were selected as All American Cheerleaders. Both Allie and Kasey are repeat All Americans.

Junior Kasey Chandler won the Camp's Best Jumper competition.

The cheer teams were coached at camp by Head Coach Gene Fulmer and Assistant Varsity Coach Kaiti Keller.
