As the season gets underway we are starting to see who we should count on to take state. With Broken Arrow leading the pack instead of Jenks or Union, proves that anything can happen. Although Owasso is only 1-3, a bright future is upon them. Last Friday night the Rams defeated Enid 41-14. This message was sent clearly to the rest of 6A stating that they mean business. This Friday Union will be coming to town for the Ram's homecoming game. This is Owasso's big opportunity to show that they belong with the elite teams in the class. If Owasso plays to their potential, then anything could happen. An upset of Union could set the tone and give them the confidence they need to be in the championship hunt. The toughest part of the Rams schedule is behind them. With Sophomore Joe Lindsey starting at quarterback and the leadership of All-State offensive lineman Brandon Webb back in the mix, they should be able to take care of business in district play and make a strong run in the playoffs. Watch out for the Rams.
