Player of the Week: Greg Bowie

Arkansas Baptist senior wide receiver Greg Bowie caught three touchdown passes and ran for a 92-yard score in a 35-0 win over Episcopal Collegiate last Friday night. For his efforts, Bowie is the VYPE Central Arkansas Athlete of the Week. Bowie's first touchdown reception (nine yards) gave the Eagles a 12-0 lead with 2:13 to play in the first half. Bowie struck again before halftime, when quarterback Logan Quinn uncorked a 54-yard bomb Bowie took in for the score to increase the margin to 21-0. He added a 25-yard TD catch in the third quarter, and then galloped 92 yards around the end for his final score. Bowie, a Little Rock Hall transfer, is in only his second season of football.
