Coach Matt Cook took the job at Paschal thinking he could turn the program around. The Panthers may not quite be there yet, but they're undefeated after two weeks. Paschal scored a 62-yard touchdown on the last play of the game to beat Irving Nimitz 38-37 on Friday, lifting the Panthers to a 2-0 record. The improbable play to clinch the victory was a pass from QB Brian Gallagher to RB Emmanuel Smith. Smith had 74 yards rushing in the contest, along with six catches for 130 yards. Gallagher finished the game 11-of-27 for 241 yards with one interception.
