Chargers' Darden Sidelined

Keller Central's high-flying offense suffered a setback this week when standout wide receiver Jarrod Darden suffered an ankle injury. The Colorado commitment was working in a non-contact drill when the injury occurred. Darden will have the injury evaluated later this week. Central opens its season on Friday, hosting Mansfield Legacy in the Broncos' first-ever varsity football contest.
