Carroll AD Retires

Southlake Carroll Athletic Director Ronnie Tipps has retired. Tipps took the position in 2003. In his five years at the school, the Dragons won nine team state titles, including football, boys and girls golf, girls soccer, and girls cross country. Tipps, 62, said one of the reasons he is leaving is to be closer to his mother in Ardmore, Okla. Carroll ISD maintenance director Chauncey Willingham will serve as interim AD.
