Foster, Moore, Lynn Earn Preseason All-American Honors

Standouts on the gridiron and considered top recruits not only in Oklahoma but anywhere in the country, Anthony Foster, Tracy Moore and Gabe Lynn have each been selected as nominees for the 2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl game that will be held at the Alamodome in San Antonio next January. Foster and Moore will lead a powerful Union team in 2008. In his career, Foster has seen action at wide receiver and cornerback. The 5-foot-9, 177-pounder is being recruited as an athlete by schools such as Air Force, Colorado, Kansas State, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oregon State, Wyoming, Rice and Tulsa. Foster finished with 45 catches for 799 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior. Moore, a 6-foot-4, 230-pound tight end, also had 45 catches as a junior for the Redskins. He finished with 638 yards and had five scores. Moore has drawn interest from Colorado, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, New Mexico and Tulsa, among others. Lynn, considered the top cornerback prospect in the state for 2008 and ranked as the third best corner in the nation by rivals.com, has offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, LSU, Southern Cal, Miami (Fla.), North Carolina and Texas. Lynn (6-1, 185) has 4.47 speed and outstanding ball skills. He recorded 52 tackles and posted five interceptions during the 2007 season.
