Ever wonder if it's all for you? It is.

We've been teasing our new name and brand, VYPE, for roughly a month now. Just like Christmas, we're sticking a big "DO NOT OPEN" tag on it until we officially debut the VYPE brand next month. But, by now, you've had a sneak peek at our logo and last month we launched our new Web site, www.VYPE.com. As part of our goal to cover the lives and lifestyles of high school student-athletes, we've launched, in conjunction with the Web site, our new VYPE community. This online community connects you with other athletes from around the area, state and even from around the country. You can share video clips, post stats and write about your experiences on and off the field. It's all part of our continuing efforts to truly make Central Indiana one giant community that we all share a part in. Remember the lyrics from the Red Hot Chili Peppers song, "Can't Stop?" Specifically, the first part of the chorus: The world I love, the tears I drop, to be part of the wave. Can't stop, ever wonder, if it's all for you. Well, here at VYPE High School Sports Magazine, it is all for you. Your kids. Your schools. Your communities. Your magazine. It's all about you! We feel the very least we can do is showcase your efforts, document them and allow you the opportunity to share it with others. That's what we strive to do. As the Chili Peppers would say, "this life is more than ordinary." But you already know that. We're here to prove it. Remember - it's all for you. Brian Moore Managing Editor
