Trinity, Plano top THSCA Preseason Poll

Euless Trinity tops the 2008 Texas High School Coaches Association Media Top 15 preseason football poll. The defending Class 5A Division I state champions received 20 first-place votes and 258 points. Plano earned four first-place votes and 210 points to take the No. 2 slot. Southlake Carroll was ranked third with 168 points and Galena Park North Shore (No. 4, 160 points) and Katy (No. 5, 38 points). Allen was picked 12th and Arlington Bowie 13th.
