North-South Football Takes Stage

You know, we've had a surprisingly large amount of phone calls coming into our office regarding the Grange Insurance North-South All-Star Game. To answer the main question, yes, the game is on a Friday - this Friday evening the 18th, in fact, starting at 7:30 p.m. at North Central High School. And yes, this is the first time the game has not been played on a Saturday afternoon. Tickets will be on sale at 6 p.m. on gameday: Adults are $7, K-12 students are $5 and pre-K kids are $3. All proceeds from the game benefit Camp Riley and the Indiana Football Hall of Fame. LOCAL PLAYERS: The lone Central Indiana representative on the North squad is Hamilton Heights graduate Chad Sherer, who is headed to Indiana University.
