Millville goalie Mike Cirroco stopped one shot in the best-of-five penalty-kick tiebreaker, giving the Thunderbolts the edge for an upset victory at top-seeded Clearview Friday in the quarterfinals of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 boys' soccer tournament.
