Cowboys Stadium To Host Quadrupleheader

The Dallas Morning News' Matt Wixon is reporting that the ice has broken on high school playoff games at the new Cowboys Stadium. Four bidistrict games between districts 5-5A and 6-5A will be played on Saturday Nov. 14 at the stadium in Arlington.

Contracts won't be signed until Wednesday.

More playoff games could also be played at Cowboys Stadium on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 12-13, Cowboys spokesman Brett Daniels told the Morning News and the stadium has dates open for the Friday and Saturday of the second week of the playoffs.

Euless Trinity, Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine have clinched playoff berths in 5-5A and Southlake Carroll and Coppell have secured postseason slots in 6-5A.
