North Pulls Out Win Behind Local All-Stars

Several former local standouts help the North to an All-Star game victory.

Several former area standouts helped the North All-Stars pull out a 109-103 victory over the South All-Stars at Monday’s Texas High School Coaches Association Basketball All-Star Game in San Antonio. Argyle’s Cory Dixon led the North team with 23 points. He also won the slam dunk competition. Former North Crowley Panther PJ Colley added 16 points for the North, including a dunk on a pass from Crowley’s Tim Meadows. Euless Trinity grad Darren Houliston had 19 points and five rebounds. Meadows ended the game with four points and three assists.
