IT Support Technician
Location: Tulsa Oklahoma

VYPE is currently seeking a creative, motivated IT staff member to perform a variety of support tasks, including Web application QA testing and bug reporting, LAN support, configure / troubleshoot user desktop systems, manage email accounts, and support development team.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in IT support.

Preferred candidates will have the following experience:
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills High aptitude in software support (Platforms: PC, Mac, Unix (CentOS, RedHat, FreeBSD)) An interest in growing with the department, taking on new responsibilities as necessary.

Additional helpful experience includes:
Payment processing, PHPMyAdmin, PHP, PERL, .NET, C, C#, C++ PEAR, MySQL, Web Services and SOAP HTML, DHTML, XML, Javascript, AJAX UI design using Photoshop, Image Ready, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.
Shell or Command Line scripting
Network security

Customer service, creative thinking and willingness to learn is valued more than professional experience.
