Foster, Swagerty Tapped For All-State

Collin County TAPPS players earn baseball, softball awards
Collin County private-school baseball and softball teams were well represented by 16 players earning in TAPPS postseason honors.
Trinity Christian’s James Foster and Prestonwood Christian’s Jordan Swagerty were named to all-state first teams in the larger TAPPS classifications. Legacy Christian had a trio of players – Logan Allison, Mason Leavitt and Casey Mauch – voted to the Class 2A first team.
Prestonwood Christian’s Amanda Burke was selected first-team all-state in Class 5A and McKinney Christian landed three players – Allison Higgins, Hailey Higgins and Paige Nelson – to the Class 3-2A softball first team.
