“The Best part, to me, is seeing who will emerge as your leaders for the upcoming fall, and then seeing the kids get excited about getting stronger.’’

“Watching the young player get stronger, faster and starting to mature into young men. The commitment that the players put into the off-season just gets everyone excited about the upcoming season. Everyone wants to be the best in their class, and the off-season is a big key to getting there.’’

“I think the best part is building a relationship with your kids. You see new kids and we have new freshmen, and we get them out there and they start being around us. They get to go through spring practice and learn the way we do things at the high school level.”
