Midwest City girl's basketball standouts Mariah White and Diamond Ashmore are going to be playing in the Bi 12 Conference next season.

The two senior standouts have orally committed to colleges for next season. White, who is coming back from suffering a torn ACL at the end of last season, has committed to Kansas State. Ashmore has orally committed to play at Texas A&M.

The two starters helped Midwest City to a 25-2 record a year ago and a semifinal berth in the Class 6A state tournament. The two form a strong tandem for one of the best teams in the state this season.
