Welcome to the end of the sports season. From football season, through cross country and into past basketball, baseball and track. We made it. And of course, when it comes to covering high school sports, the end is just the beginning. As we wrap up the sports season with stories on some "out of the box" activities like lacrosse and weightlifting, here at HSSTM, we're turning our attention back to football. Yes, it's just May, but football season is up next. Spring practice is underway across the state and underway in our offices too. While our year-end collector's edition is due in June with the best pictures of the past year from all your favorite sports, we're thinking football. Due out in July is our first state-wide football preview, highlighting every team in the state, loads of pictures, tons of rankings, lots of stories and plenty of predictions, prognostications and things to talk about. All-State teams for each class, top fans, players to come watch and more. The magazine is in the works now and will be available all over the state in July, so be on the look-out for it. In the meantime, check out our new website at www.vype.com, register, find out all the latest and greatest news in Oklahoma high school sports.

And ger ready for next season.
