When it’s Garden Plain vs. Conway Springs, whichever team pushes over the line of scrimmage more frequently usually turns out the victor. Following their goal line defensive stand to open the fourth quarter, Garden Plain tacked on a late TD to open district play on Oct. 17 with a win over Conway 21-7.
