Senior Dominik King provided Kapaun baseball with solid pitching all season long and got them started on their run to the Class 5A state title game with an upset win over once-beaten Pittsburg in the first round. King threw a complete game, allowing one run to Pittsburg in Kapaun's 6-1 win.
