The Southard Corporation/Renewal by Andersen, one of the largest home improvement companies in the Midwest, announced the rosters for its first annual charitable event, The Renewal by Andersen Border Battle. The basketball games will feature recently graduated senior all-stars from Kansas and Nebraska.
The June 20 event held at Hartman Arena in Park City will include both boys and girls games. The rosters include 12 players and 2 coaches for each boys and girls team, making a total of 56 participants. "We're extremely excited about the quality of student athletes from Kansas and Nebraska for our inaugural Renewal by Andersen Border Battle games," said Wes Race, Director of Marketing for Renewal by Andersen and Chairman of the event. "We have over a dozen participants who've already signed on to play college athletics at major Division I NCAA programs. The response from the players and coaches has been fantastic and we already have quite a bit of a rivalry heating up. It's going to be a lot of fun."
