Huldon Tharp will be a Jayhawk

After tearing his ACL at the Pittsburg State football camp earlier this summer, Huldon Tharp's anxiety began. The stats and skills he had displayed in his junior season had vaulted him into the top tier of Kansas high school talent in the Class of 2009, but the injury raised questions as to whether recruiters would stick by his side. Other schools' hesitance affected Tharp's choice immensely and it seems that it gave KU the clear edge in Tharp's mind.
