Alexis Vesey, 18, first became captivated with gymnastics after she watched her older sister, Emma, compete at the club level. A club competitor from the age of 3 until her junior year, Vesey brought her "all or nothing" philosophy to the Noblesville High School team last year and helped the squad reach the IHSAA state finals. In 2007-08, Vesey tied the school record in the vault and won the event at the Hoosier Crossroads Conference meet. After graduation, she intends to further her career in college.
