Alex Meyer - Greensburg Baseball
Meyer, a 6-foot-7 senior, has used a plethora of pitches, including a knuckle-curveball and a 96 mile-per-hour fastball, to become the state’s No. 1 ranked prospect and one of the top 10 high school seniors in the country. Meyer, a University of Kentucky commit, was 3-0 in four starts through early May, giving up just 10 hits with 33 strikeouts – opponents were hitting just .183 against his dominating stuff.
