Tyler Zeller- Washington Basketball
Tyler Zeller, a 7-foot senior forward who scored 43 points and tallied 16 rebounds in the Hatchets’ 84-60 Class 3A state championship over Ft. Wayne Harding, was named Indiana Mr. Basketball last month. Zeller, who will attend the University of North Carolina on a basketball scholarship this fall, averaged a state best 33.1 points per game this season for Washington and was named a McDonald’s All-American.
