Scecina Senior Marty Waddick has been kicking balls since he was 4 ½ years old. He started playing Soccer when he was 4 ½ and starting playing football in 6th Grade. He has been voted to the 2008 Indiana AP All-State Football Team for Division 1A, and has been All-Conference in Soccer both his Junior and Senior Years. Marty played both soccer and football all four years of his high school career. Going to a 2 hour soccer practice first, and then going to football practice. During the weekend, all summer and during the season, you could find him and his mom out someplace kicking footballs. He was kicking some kind of ball almost every day. During the off season he has been attending football kicking camps and competitions. In fact, after attending the Ray Guy Kicking Camp during the Spring of 2008, Marty was listed as one of the top kickers in the nation. He is always working on getting better. He reviews his videos after games, attends camps, and works on getting more and more stronger every day. He plans on kicking in college.
