New Palestines defense takes advantage of sloppy field

There wasn't much offense in Friday night's Class 4A Sectional 13 semifinal showdown between New Palestine and Arlington. The Dragons' defense made sure that wasn't a problem. New Palestine's unit, which had allowed an average of 11.1 points a game during a six-game winning streak, was once again at the forefront. It scored three times (two touchdowns and a safety), forced five turnovers and held Arlington to 12 yards of total offense in a 33-0 victory.
