Kendra Flemming Fort Smith Northside Basketball
The Lady Bears' leading scorer suffered a season-ending injury when the senior forward tore her left anterior cruciate ligament during a practice early last month. A torn right ACL caused Flemming, a college prospect, to miss her junior season. She led Northside to a 10-2 record in non-conference games by putting up nearly 12 points and 8 rebounds per game before the injury in a practice. Her last game was a 21-point, 17-rebound performance in a 54-38 win against Ardmore (Okla.) in the third place game of the Ardmore Classic.
